- Gemma Kelsey Review added: 2018.11.20★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not a good experience for me im afraid. I wasnt happy with my colour as it wasnt what i asked for even after showing a picture. Had to come back again and in all honestly I'm still not happy with it. It was the first time I visited this salon. All the staff are very friendly and the salon is nice but I thought it was expensive and plus I left both times with just part dried hair as they charge extra for a blow dry....ive never been to a salon before where this is extra! So unfortunately I left both times with a colour that wasn't what I wanted and not done very well either with scruffy looking hair that made me just tie it straight up to hide it. Your meant to walk out of a salon feeling good about yourself and I felt really down both times. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this salon.

First time i went my highlights were really bad , i went back and complained , i went back again, thought id give them them another try. I cant even see my highlights such a waste of money. Id have done a better job myself.
